Step aside winter, it's beginning to look a lot like spring. It's time to store away the herringbones and plaids, and make room for this season's biggest pattern trend: polka dots.

While the timeless motif is nothing new, the graphic dot received a chic upgrade for spring. The polka dot made a strong showing at New York Fashion Week in a wide array of high-fashion interpretations.
