We may also collect certain information automatically when you visit our website, such as your browser type, device type, IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, referral source, UTM parameters, and interactions with our website. We use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar tracking technologies as described in the “Cookies & Tracking Technologies” section below.

You may request that we delete your personal information, but please note that we may be required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, chargeback, order history, customer service, security, or other legitimate business purposes. When we delete information, it will be deleted from our active databases, but it may remain in backups, archives, or systems where deletion is not immediately possible.

USER FEEDBACK

We may post user feedback, reviews, testimonials, comments, or other customer content on the Services from time to time.

If you make comments on a blog, social networking site, page, forum, or other public area associated with the Service, you should be aware that any information you submit may be read, collected, or used by others. We are not responsible for the information you choose to submit in public areas or on third-party platforms.

INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES

The Services may allow users to share information with us through social networking sites, such as Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, or other social media platforms, each an “SNS.”

In some cases, you may be able to sign in to the Services using your SNS account information or share SNS profile information with us. By sharing your SNS profile or connecting an SNS account, you are allowing us, including your stylist, to access certain SNS information depending on your SNS settings or permissions, such as profile information, profile photo, or email address.

We may receive that information from your SNS profile and import it to the Services. Our Services may also allow you to share information through SNS profiles, such as referral links or other content.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your use of SNSs and that it is your responsibility to review the terms of use and privacy policy of each third-party SNS provider. We are not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, content, products, services, or privacy practices of any SNS, or for your use of any SNS.

You may remove SNS profile information through your account settings, if available. If you disconnect an SNS account that you previously connected, the SNS public profile data and SNS-provided email may be deleted from our active databases, subject to legal, operational, or backup retention needs.

DOES FRONT DOOR FASHION DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE PARTIES?

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We may disclose or share personal information with trusted service providers, vendors, contractors, and business partners who help us operate our website, conduct our business, provide our services, process payments, ship orders, send communications, provide customer support, host or maintain systems, analyze website activity, prevent fraud, or assist with marketing and advertising. These parties are only authorized to use your information as needed to provide services to us or to you.

We may also disclose your information when we believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with the law, respond to legal requests, enforce our site policies, protect our rights, property, or safety, protect the rights, property, or safety of others, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or collect amounts owed.

Some privacy laws may define the use of advertising pixels, cookies, or similar tracking technologies for targeted advertising or ad measurement as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing of personal information for targeted advertising, even though we do not sell personal information for money. This may include sharing limited website activity, device information, online identifiers, or similar information with advertising partners, such as Meta, so that we can measure ad performance or show relevant ads.

You may opt out of this type of tracking using the cookie preference link in the “Your Cookie Choices & Opt-Out Rights” section of this Privacy Policy.

COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Front Door Fashion uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, such as pixels, tags, local storage, and related tools, to operate our website, improve your browsing experience, analyze site traffic, measure marketing performance, and deliver relevant content and advertising.

We use the following types of cookies and tracking technologies:

Essential cookies: These are necessary for our website to function, such as maintaining your session, supporting account access, enabling checkout, helping with security, and supporting core site features.

Analytics cookies: These help us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve our website, services, and customer experience.

Advertising and measurement cookies: These may be used by us and our advertising partners, such as Meta, to deliver relevant ads, measure ad performance, understand which marketing channels generate website visits or orders, and improve our marketing efforts.

You can manage your cookie and tracking preferences by using the link in the “Your Cookie Choices & Opt-Out Rights” section of this Privacy Policy. That link allows you to opt out of certain non-essential cookies and tracking technologies, including advertising and measurement cookies.

You may also be able to limit cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect how our website functions.

For more details on how we use and share data collected through these technologies, please review the “What Information Do We Collect?”, “How Does Front Door Fashion Use Your Information?”, and “Does Front Door Fashion Disclose Any Information to Outside Parties?” sections of this Privacy Policy.

DO NOT TRACK AND OPT-OUT PREFERENCE SIGNALS

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not a consistent industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to them.

Where required by applicable law, if we receive a legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will treat it as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for that browser, to the extent required by applicable law and technically feasible.

YOUR COOKIE CHOICES & OPT-OUT RIGHTS

Front Door Fashion uses the Facebook Pixel and similar advertising technologies to deliver relevant ads and measure ad performance. You have the right to opt out of advertising cookies and the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes.

To update your cookie preferences at any time, click the link below. The CookieYes preference center will open, where you can toggle off “Advertising Cookies” and save your choices. The Facebook Pixel will immediately stop tracking you.

Manage My Cookie Preferences & Opt-Out of Advertising Tracking

You may also opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by contacting us at knock@frontdoorfashion.com.

Front Door Fashion does not sell personal information for money. However, as described above, certain advertising, analytics, and measurement activities may be considered “sharing,” “sale,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws.

If you have questions or need assistance with your privacy choices, you may contact us at knock@frontdoorfashion.com.

REQUIRED COMMUNICATIONS

By placing an order with Front Door Fashion, you agree to receive transactional communications by email, SMS, phone call, and/or other contact methods as needed. These communications are essential for order fulfillment, delivery coordination, return processing, payment collection, account-related updates, fraud prevention, customer service, and other order-related matters.

Because we send valuable inventory before full payment is collected, it is critical that we are able to contact you about your order. If you do not consent to receiving transactional messages, please do not place an order.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or replying STOP to SMS messages. However, you cannot opt out of transactional communications while you have an active order, outstanding balance, unresolved return, pending payment, or account activity requiring follow-up.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These rights may include the right to:

Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share;

Access the personal information we maintain about you;

Correct inaccurate personal information;

Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions;

Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information;

Opt out of the processing of personal information for targeted advertising;

Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, if applicable;

Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
